Dear Sir Myself Tamal Das from Diamond Harbour, South 24 paragana. I am a Bio Science graduate from Calcutta University. I have 12years experience as a technologist (Quality assurance department) in a sea food processing industry. I have knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SOP also with this I have knowledge of Handling, Processing, Packing, Preservation, Organoleptic Inspection, finish products Inspection, Quality check etc of fish and fishery products for export. I am 5times approved as a Technologist by Export Inspection Agency Kolkata (Ministry of Commerce and Industry Government of India). I am participated in awareness programme on " Codex Principles of Hygiene and Application of HACCP/ISO 22000:2005 in Food Sector" on 2009. I would be proud to work for your organization.
