I have 12years experience as a technologist (Quality assurance department) in a sea food processing industry. I have knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SOP also with this I have knowledge of Handling, Processing, Packing, Preservation, Organoleptic Inspection, finish products Inspection, Quality check etc of fish and fishery products for export. I am 5times approved as a Technologist by Export Inspection Agency Kolkata (Ministry of Commerce and Industry Government of India).
