With hands-on experience in both the banking and BPO industries, I have developed strong skills in customer service, financial analysis, and debt collection. My role as a Collection Specialist at iQor Philippines (Chase) and Customer Service Representative at TTEC Philippines (T-Mobile) allowed me to master client communication, account reconciliation, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. I also completed a valuable internship at the Philippine National Bank, where I deepened my understanding of financial operations and client transactions.
