The platform serves both categories; it allows employers to review resumes of residents currently inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (for **transfer of services** purposes), and enables them to communicate with qualified talents outside the Kingdom to issue new work visas, depending on the establishment's needs and the type of available job.

For job seekers currently inside the Kingdom, a valid and legal residency permit (or renewable) is required to ensure that the **transfer of services** procedures are completed legally and smoothly with the competent authorities upon being accepted for the job.

Our platform's role is strictly limited to acting as a link to facilitate searching, reaching the right employee, and making an initial agreement between both parties. Subsequent official and legal procedures, such as issuing visas, authenticating employment contracts, and **transferring services**, are fully completed by the employer through the approved government platforms in the Kingdom (such as the Qiwa platform and Absher Business).

The role of our platform is limited to being a link to facilitate communication, nomination, and access to suitable talents. Once the contract is signed, the contractual relationship and the probation period (up to 90 days) are entirely subject to the provisions and regulations stipulated in the Saudi Labor Law between the employer and the employee, without any liability on the platform if the employee does not continue after the agreement.
