With a strong background in technical recruitment, I specialize in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, ensuring the best hiring decisions for client organizations. Prior to my current role, I worked as a Senior Student Recruitment Advisor at GUS Education India, where I guided students through the enrollment process, and as a Subject Matter Expert at Concentrix, contributing to policy definition and process improvement. My tenure at Amazon as a Seller Support Representative str
